Set each profile, listing, and post to public, members-only, or name-withheld. You are always in control of what others can see.
Participate anonymously
Trade, learn, and connect without revealing your identity. Your business can be visible while your name stays private.
Consent-based contact
No one can reach you unless you allow it. Introductions and messages happen only with your explicit agreement.
Data minimisation
We collect only what a service needs. Sensitive fields are optional, and you can export or delete your data anytime.

Reports are confidential and handled by a dedicated trust & safety team.

Use the report control on any profile, listing, or message — or email our safety team directly.
Review
A trained trust & safety reviewer assesses the report confidentially and prioritises your wellbeing.
Act
We remove harmful content, restrict accounts, and follow up with support where it is safe to do so.
